Choosing the appropriate indemnity period, you should cover yourself for the worse case scenario like your property burning down and how long it would take you to get in the same position financially you were before the incident.

Business Interruption Indemnity Amount: *

The max income you could lose over the 'Indemnity Period' from damage caused by an insured peril.

Public & Products Liability: *

All our guest house policies will include your required Public Liability cover, what level do you require. This includes cover for injuries to staying guests that you could be found liable for. Some councils in Scotland are now insisting on £5 Million cover.

Employers Liability: *

If you have any staff that help, including part-time you legally require Employers Liability Insurance cover. This covers injuries to staff that you could be found liable for.

Terrorism?: *

Covers damage caused by a terrorism attack. Often only added by larger city based risks, available on some policies as an optional extra, but can push the premium up.
