What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website can save on your device. Some websites also use similar tools, like local storage.
What this website does
This website does not set any cookies. It does not use advertising or tracking. Fonts, pictures and everything else are stored on our own website, so nothing loads from other companies while you browse. The one exception is the Google map on the contact page: it only loads if you tap “Show the Google map”, and Google may then set its own cookies (see Google's privacy policy).
We count visits with cookieless statistics provided by our web host. It sets no cookies and saves nothing on your device. We only see totals, such as how many people read a page or pressed a “call” button. It does not follow you to other websites.
When you send one of our quote forms, your answers go straight to our office by email. They are not stored on this website.
One thing is saved on your device, only if you start a quote form: your answers so far, in your browser's local storage, so you don't lose them if you leave the page. It is a plain note to your own browser, not a cookie, it is never sent to us until you press send, and nobody else can read it. It is deleted as soon as you send the form, when you press “Start again”, or after 14 days. Free-text notes on the quick request, and the declarations on the full form, are never saved. It is strictly needed for something you asked for, so we don't ask for consent first.
Our web host
Our web host keeps short-term technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site working and secure.
