  Julie InchCert CII

  Account Executive

  Julie joined in 2021 after more than 12 years with another local broker, helping both business and personal customers.

  In her spare time she manages a flock of around 150 sheep.

  Amy TrokeCert CII

  Account Executive

  Amy came to us from a local broker with a wealth of sales and customer experience, and passed her CII Certificate in Insurance in January 2026.

  She loves horses and makes things from driftwood and resin.

  Aaron Nash

  Account Executive

  Aaron joined in 2015 after 6 years at Swinton Insurance, and is often one of the first people you'll speak to on the phone.

  He's an avid Millwall fan (don't hold it against him).

  Robin Worden

  Account Executive

  Robin joined after his A-levels (a little while ago now). He looks after personal and business customers and the insurer accounts.

  Fishing, darts, table tennis, his allotment, and, he says, professional-level bowls.

  Stuart Leonard

  Account Executive

  Stuart has worked at Lloyd's of London and helped manage a brokerage in Devon for a couple of years. He helps both personal and small business customers at our office.

  Outside work, he enjoys socialising with friends and family, most sports, and taking his motorhome out at weekends.

  Gary HodgsonCeRGI

  Managing Director

  Gary joined the family firm after school. He looks after commercial and personal business, especially hospitality, and the firm's compliance.

  He represents Cornwall at county pool level and has played most of his life for local team Bude FC.

  Liz Hodgson

  Managing Director and co-founder

  Liz helps run the business with her son Gary, and likes to handle the guest house new business.

  She helps run a local jive club and is a top-class flower arranger.
