I've just bought a guest house. What cover do I need?
Start with buildings at the full rebuild cost, contents, public liability for guests, and employers' liability if anyone helps, then look at loss of income.
If you have a mortgage, your lender may set a minimum buildings figure. Ask for quotes before you complete, so the price and cover hold no surprises. Ring us and we'll go through it with you.
